In 2016, the National Christ Child Society Board adopted the tagline, “Where LOVE leads to action” along with updating the logo. Wishing to honor Mary Virginia Merrick and her numerous quotes equating LOVE with service. The LOVE of the Christ Child drives us to action in serving children in need through our programs. The Christ Child Society Chapter Programs demonstrate that LOVE is in actions, not words. The purpose of changing the logo and the tagline were to take Christ Child Society from a well-kept secret to a well told story and unite all chapters.
Preparations are being made for the 47th National CCS Convention which will be held in Omaha, Nebraska on September 19-21, 2024, at the downtown Embassy Suites Hotel. All members are invited. Don’t miss this event – we have an inspirational packed agenda and you’ll LOVE seeing the largest Stations of the Cross in the world, Spencer Tracy’s Academy Award during our tour of Boy’s Town, and so much more.
