The following is a work in progress, but we know you're trying to plan, so here is a basic layout for the convention. This is subject to change.

Wednesday Night: Welcome! Networking reception 8-9pm. 

Thursday: 9-2pm We're touring Columbus! Enjoy glass blowing at Franklin Conservatory. A special treat awaits when we have lunch at German Village. Spend time in the village shops which includes one of the nation's largest independent book stores. 

3pm-Welcome! Getting to know you time.

Building Digital Confidence. Demystifying A.I. for our Chapters. Presented by Dr. Katie Reynolds, University of Dayton.

Keynote Speech: The Rooftop Pastor, Corey Brooks of Chicago exemplifies the difference one person can make. Pastor Brooks has dedicated his ministry to serving families in communities facing significant challenges. 

Thursday eve: The Columbus chapter is taking all of us to the Columbus Zoo for a night of celebrating and networking.

Friday: 9am start. Turning Goals into Action: Developing Big Visions into Reality. Dust off that big, hairy audacious goal. We are going to dream some dreams for our chapters, then talk about how we are going to achieve them. Nationally respected communications expert Patrick Donadio will lead the workshop. 

Best Practices: Choosing the paths that will set up your chapter for more success.

Readers to Leaders: Turning Pages and Changing Lives-Hear from a representative with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

Enjoy a nice lunch followed by a theme-oriented surprise for our attendees.

Walking with Walmart: Executives from Walmart walk us through their gift card program and how it might benefit our chapters. 

Other workshops and discussions are in the works as well. 

Friday evening, we'll enjoy entertainment, an awesome raffle and a delicious dinner. 

Saturday:  9am Business Meeting. 

After the meeting, we have something special up our sleeve. Enjoy this brief nod to our host community of Dublin. 

Presentation: Navigating Conflict with Grace. Speaker Dr. Tayo Switzer of The Ohio State University. Dr. Switzer brings his years of coaching experience to the room to discuss conflict and succession issues. 

Keynote Speaker: Rachel Muha is one of the most powerful witnesses today of mercy and forgiveness. She spends her days with inner city children in Columbus, providing basic needs and sharing the joy and mercy of Christ. From unspeakable suffering, hope has risen.
