Theresa serves on the 2024-2026 National Christ Child Society Board as a Vice President, as well as on the Programs and Membership committees and heads up the Chapter Liason Program.

She is a member of the Toledo Chapter and has held multiple positions including Community Outreach Chairman or Co-Chairman and Special Projects Coordinator since 2011, all board positions. She served on the National CCS Board as Programs Chair in 2020-2022.

Since 2000, Theresa has participated as a volunteer in the Parenting Today's Kids Program staffed by Christ Child members at the Catholic Club of Toledo. She holds a certification in the Nurturing Parenting Program. She is also certified as an ACT Facilitator. While coordinating chapter programs, she was responsible for developing new programs and projects, keeping all programs fiscally responsible and reporting to National Christ Child Society. In 2014, she received the Red Wagon Award for her significant contribution to the chapter.

Theresa's past work experience was with Lucas County Juvenile Court, Probation Counselor, Job Coordinator, Information Specialist, Custody Investigator in Paternity cases.

Her special skills are communication, teamwork and perseverance.
