Rhonda has enjoyed being a part of Christ Child Society Akron since 2018. She currently serves the chapter as Provisional Membership Chair, and participates with Red Wagon each year. She has a personal goal to initiate a Junior Membership chapter in Akron at Our Lady of the Elms High School, where chapter meetings are held each month.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Rhonda is an accomplished pianist, and holds a bachelors degree in public communications from Kent State University, and a masters degree with honors in education from Walsh University. She also volunteers with Grace House, a homeless/hospice care facility in Akron, and is a former board member with the Akron Symphony Orchestra.

Rhonda is a member of St. Augustine Church in Barberton, Ohio, and the mother of daughter Micaela Stewart, a registered nurse.
