Molly Fanning

“As a convert to the Catholic Church, I was pleased to find in the Christ Child Society a way to meet and volunteer with like-minded women from all over Columbus and now all over the country. The story of our founder and the dedication of our members is an inspiration to me.”
Molly serves on the 2020-2022 National Christ Child Society Board as the President-Elect as well as chair of the Education Committee.
As a member of the Columbus Chapter, Molly has served as Red Wagon Co-Chair, coordinated a cooking class project in a school for children with behavioral challenges and led the chapter as Director of Membership, President-Elect and ultimately President.
Professionally, Molly earned a degree in Medical Dietetics and worked as a registered clinical dietitian at The Ohio State University Hospital and St. Anthony Hospital and was active in the Ohio and Columbus Dietetic Association.
Molly has volunteered at multiple school activities and fundraisers. She is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Columbus and of The Childhood League, which is a local organization that supports a school for children with developmental delays. She leads tours for school children at The Kelton House Museum, a documented stop on the Underground Railroad in Columbus. Molly also currently serves on the Board of the Central Ohio Catholic Radio station, St. Gabriel Radio, AM 820.
