Carol serves on the 2016-2018 National Christ Child Board as its President-Elect, Member of the Executive Board, Finance Committee, Program/Chapter Service Committee, Communications Committee and Bylaws Chair. This is Carol’s second term on the Board. This will be her second year as Chair of our National Day of Service: “Make a Difference Day”.
Carol has been a member of the Pasadena chapter for 12 years. She has co-chaired the Auction & Treasure Sale on two occasions, served as Provisional Co-Chair, Treasurer, President-Elect/Programs, President and Past President/Nominating.
After teaching for a few years at Sacred Heart High School in Lincoln Heights, CA, Carol utilized her Masters in Business Administration while working in accounting and finance for a small, Alaska-Native owned firm as Head of Contracts and Controller. Currently, Carol and her husband own a Taproom and Kitchen in Denver, which was established in 2015. In early 2018, they will be opening additional locations in Los Angeles and Minneapolis.
During her children’s Catholic school years, Carol was part of many fundraisers and activities moving from parish to high schools while holding various board positions. Carol currently sits on the Advisory Auction Committee of her Parish, Holy Family in South Pasadena, CA.
